Poor Communication

I went to 3 different Capitec Branches in Rustenburg CBD requiring to assess my stop order and do transfers. The consultants said they wont be able to help me but they said head office can, the consultants called the head office but apparently the head office telephone line was offline and was told to come back after an hour or so Nd i want to and fro 3 times and i felt like my time was wasted !! I felt that i should have been told at the beggining that the Head Office is offline and i have use another bank which is on the same level as Capitec but have no experianced the same problem my suggestion is Capitec head office should better their communication with the branches
