Poor client service

I am not happy with the service I just got from capitec Phumulani mall the Branch Manager is rude and does not respect client I went with my aunt for a loan application at first he says my aunt's documents are fabricated then he says he can't confirm employment when we give him the alternative contact he gets totally rude . I don't think his conduct is good for business to even think that we bank with capitec bank makes me more worried that we are not respected with our money.
