Poor Call Centre Service

Dear Capitec.

It is getting very frustrating when your call centre staff Siya doesn't know how to deal with a customers problem,what is the use of having him there.

In Dec I couldn't draw money went to the branch,then I could take money out from the ATM at the branch,tried to draw money again this morning and yet again I cannot draw money,I have more than enough in my bank,I know it is not the ATM because she I Trf the money to the my hubby then he can draw it.

I am tired of running up and down trying to take out money from my account and having to come to your branch
