Poor Business Banking at Capitec

Capitec business its not a bank you would want to do business with as an entrepreneur; am sure you would want to do business with a bank which will partner with you and grow with your business. If your looking for business relationship not just a transactional relationship Stay Away from banks like Capitec Business; no Enterprise Development ; I mean not even proper assessment when you need credit to expand your business ..all they will offer or sell to you its products which will constrain your business growth. Imagine being rejected by a bank which you bank with on everything and being funded by their competitor what do you call that? Their competitor using the same information at their disposal approves a funding for your business expansion....Play very far from banks which are self-centred and lack professionalism. I am definitely going to migrate to the Standard Bank after this abusive relationship with Capitec Business. In business its a mutual relationship; our business had a healthy balancesheet but because of one sided and unprofessional business dealings with Capitec today we are leaving...It took Capitec Business 2 weeks and half to decide and their competitor took 4 days ...👀poor service
