Poor business bankers

Business bankers have no consideration for the clients needs been trying to open a business account for a month now. Went into the Tambotie mall branch tried to open the account was directed to the business banking department. Waited to be contacted all I got was an email stating a business banker will contact me. Eventually I went back to the branch was connected with a banker who sent us documents that need to be completed we did that on the 9th July. I went back to the branch this morning spoke with the same banker who promised to call me by 12 as he was going to contact the Tambotie branch which he didn't. I went to the Tambotie branch and was told that the banker never called or emailed them.
