Poor banking experience

I never was a fan of Capitec bank, due to poor service I received from them and many peoples complaints. This time it's not different. I thought to try and apply for a loan on their online site, I answered the questions correctly. Not rocket science as this is my personal details. Only to get the outcome that I have not answered correctly and it's a security risk to try again. No thanks, Capitec your service is still poor. Not for me. Keep your loan.
