Poor bank

I have been ill treated by this bank. My complaint is too long to explain. The reference number is ***3. I honestly doubt the capability of this institution to administer people's hard earned monies. They are just an *********** bunch, save for one Thembi at their Ellof Street branch, whom I think they should assign to manage the poorly managed Sandton Mandela Square branch. I have been to both these branches.
