Poor atm service

Capitec atm in Bouganville centre in Pretoria. Last month on month end, there was no money in the atm. Yesterday morning only one atm was working, yesterday afternoon the other atm is jamming the papers, and then off line. For a bank that is this large, this is poor client service. Please make sure you're atm's is FULLY working when it is month end time. It is really frustrating to be unable to use the atm. Thank you
