Poor

Last week Saturday I went to the branch to apply for a loan,when I got there with all my documents I was told to produce my marriage certificate of which I couldn't understand why it was needed because I went to the Wonderpark branch to update my information and on the system,ID, payslip and the bankstatement was showing my Marital surname.I was then told to email the certificate but unfortunately it was rejected by the manager!An hour later I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he wants an original copy or a certified copy I mean after wasting my time trying to email a clear copy I now get the info of which the assistant manager didn't give it to me at first...so I went home got the certificate & went to the Wonderpark branch.when I got there Nthaby helped me and I was told that I don't need to produce my marriage certificate I mean after all that effort?????She even called the head office Ref No:***9 and they also said the same thing that it was not needed. This is completely unacceptable and would like to take it further because Pieter does not have any respect for the customer . I am completely and utterly disgusted by his behaviour!!!
