Policy claim paid to Capitec *****ulent account instead of us as the deseased's beneficiaries

I wrote a review based on my policy claim experience 13 May 2024.

With the hope that I will get justice, and actually have my matter resolved. But haven't received even a phone call, from capitec.

I really feel like I'm not taken seriously, and it hurts.

This platform was really my last option, unfortunately they also failed me.
