Take out a policy and cancelled it on 17 dec and on 28 Dec it were active again so I recalled on the 22 dec and they told me they can't give my money back because it were active, who activated it, after phoned calls and whatsupp they did not che k the17 dec cancelled one on my mandate just said no even sent eimals
