They suddenly closed my account without a warning or anything.. just them deciding to close . No call nothing
They sent me the message that read as follows "Capitec: We have made the decision to block your account after identifying activity that does not align with our policies and regulatory obligations. This means that you can't use the account at all.? If you have questions, whatsapp us on *** or call us at ***."

04 Jul 2025, 12:57I went to capitec to understand what was happening n they logged my question. Then today i got a message saying they won't open they will keep it blocked n they are closing it.
Please i beg give me my money n take your ***** money that i don't know of.
Can i atleast know which payment caused all this cz i don't see all this as a fair thing.
I received R500 fron dad. R300 deposit from my boyfriend plus R150 transfer from him. Then yesterday a relative sent R100 then boom account closed.
