PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CAPITEC BANK!!!!!

PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

So this is my second situation with Capitec bank after giving them a second chance. With the first incident, Capitec blocked my account for 25 days because I got an eft transfer over R25 000.

Now they deducted R108 000 from an account with R0 in the account. They then put a set off on my account so whatever funds thats deposited into the account will be deducted immediately towards the so called R108 000.00 that i owe them.

I never had a credit card or any loans with Capitec.

The feedback from the customer care employees is horrific and they communicate in circles because they do not have a clue what the situation is.

I was in the process of changing my main bank account to Capitec but with major issues like this I will most definitely not do this and *NOT RECCOMEND CAPITEC TO ANYONE*.
