Please reverse my money Capitec bank

I sent money to the wrong account and i reported it immediately but the owner of that wrong account`s phone is off , i and Capitec bank we cant get hold of her. how will will get permission from her while her phone is off?They advised me to get legal assistant and is going to take years or months , i really need my money .here is my ref :***9 and ***5
