Please return my money - This is *****ing

I purchased R179 airtime on the Capitec app and the transaction went off twice, i only approved the transaction once, but the transaction was deducted twice at the exact same time, The lady i called Mathapelo didnt want to log a query but after i spoke to her, the query was logged, i even told her both transactions happened at the same time on the app at 8:36. she then tells me that the times on her side are different, i then advise her that i buy airtime of R179 once a month and need the money to be returned to my account.
