Please release my funds, my son is critically ill

Capitec bank is really playing with me, it's been almost 4 weeks now , my funds are still on hold ,yet you send me an email stating that my funds are lifted and the case has been closed...yet still on hold I've been going back and forth , I am frustrated ,my son is very sick while I have funds which I cannot access 😢 💔, public hospitals tried their best yet the situation still the same and on the other side I am not getting any help regarding my money, Capitec I've been banking with you guys for years now, but yet you treated me badly !! I've been logging calls which no concrete answer, till now all they tell me is that" they don't know what's happening" then who should know????????
