Please prescribe my accounts.
I have been battling to pay my Loan account and Credit card since I lost my Job. I asked capitec bank to provide me with prescription letters and they are not entertaining my story instead they send my profile from one law firm to another. My life is stuck, and I cannot get a job because of these.

I did receive a feedback yesterday, and it does not solve my problem with Capitec. The agent told me my account was sold to Shackleton Credit Management and Capitec will not able to assist me. However, I am surprised that the Bank does not want to comply with The prescription act, no 68 of 1969, which is an emphasis to all credit providers more especially because I was over indebted by Capitec and in my position I can not find a job because of their ITC listing.
Please arrange the prescription letters for me so that I can feed my family.
