Please open my account
Capitec bank linked me to ***** and I had nothing to do with it and said someone sent me R400 on 22/06/27 and her account was link with ***** too and the closed all my accounts with my salary inside there. I could not do anything about it's cause the account was freeze by the bank and I had to provide proof of my income parsnips..affidavit and the person linking me her affidavit too and they said it's will take only 45 days for investigation of my account
But now ..no respond or email to update me with something I didn't know and I need my account back beacuase it has my business money inside I've been saving
What can I do to be helped, so the can open my account back

Thank you for ur respond, I've been waiting for an email or sms from you to update me about my account since it was close 2 months back and linking me to ***** that I Don know off because another account paid me the amount of R400 and I have provided all evidence and proof that how I get my income and my savings am so hurt cause I work very hard from my money and just for you to freeze my accounts without any notice for me to be aware. I did provide proof and bank and affidavit with pay slip and 45 days has passed with no respond and even a branch can't help me.
