Please investigate this matter.

I did an interview the 12 last month and recieved an sms saying my application was unsuccessful,i then called the hr department in durban to confirm it and i asked the reason for my application being unsuccessful and where can i improve,to my suprise i was told they cannot say because the person who was conducting the interview did not give them enough feedback.<br> <br> My question is how can they decide that i am not the best candidate without enough feedback.I did my best on that interview,did my research and was confident i did well,anyway its Capitec's loss coz i was gonna be the best asset for the company.
