Please I need your help

Someone uses to send me money which I didn't know where does it comes from and its been since last year now since my capitec savings account was paused and I don't know what to do because now I'm working and I'm using capitec bank to get paid and my account is paused at the mean time the company which I working at has paid my salary to my capitec account and they have a proof of payment as I speak now I don't know what to do
