Please help me it December now I can’t make my children happy because my money stuck there They always telling me that wait the case is still investigating

They blocked my account and I did give all the documents they need on the 29 of November 2024 but even now they still investigating

My payment are there all my money are stuck there I can’t do anything the debit are bouncing back am in arrears now I can’t even buy my child clothes food rent all my bills
