Please help me get my money back

I Francinah Mpyana declare that the transaction was transferred to my capitec account from Mr Tshepo Serithi (amount of R5000) was not aware that was transferred by kidnappers pretending to be him.therefore we where aware days later .hence my account was used on that event to accumulate some funds,therefore it has leds my funds to be in hold and Its a month now capitec is not giving any feed back,when I tried to call they take me back and forth.pleas as im a single parent I need the money to survive with my kids and capitec is not helping at all
