Please help me

Good Day<br> <br> I need your assistance please. Recently I was in a car accident and as a result I need R50000 to pay for my damages. I came into the capitec branch at Brooklyn and one of the ladies assisted me. The problem I have is that last month was my bonus month. She then took my expenses for the bonus month which were obviously high. As a result I did not qualify for a loan even though I am a capitec customer who has really been paying well. I need your help please. I really have no where to turn. Can I email my documents to someone and have someone assist me please.
