Please help
Good Day It is with a heavy heart that i write this, I have been a very loyal client with no missed payments. I have a family member that has passed away and you will not pay the claim due to the fact that he passed away 3 days before the 6month waiting period. I am writing this to ask that you please reconsider your decision and look at it from a human being point of view i would totally understand if it was three months or something and i understand you are a business but I am begging please there must be some extenuating circumstances were clients can be assisted.
