Please have someone call me from the 30679 dept to assist

I asked you to call and you sent someone who called 3 times at 12h03 til 12h04, for 25seconds. When I was busy with my Dr. And that's all the attempt they made. And now I'm guessing I'm gonna be blamed for it. But now when you can see that the phone is not answered the first 2 times, why carry on the 3rd time? Instead of calling 3 times at different hours. Logic wasn't app**** here. Because they could've read the situation that maybe I'm unavailable at that time, for whatever reason. No time was specified to me for the call and naturally no one is on the phone 24/7 guys.. see where my disappointment lies? And again I'm trying to do right by you, when arranging this. It's like you want me to fail instead of me and you helping each other. Please correct that and call again because this reflects very bad on you inspite of the efforts since they are shallow to me as your customer. Or must I now specify my time of availability? If so, advise

Even if I was called 10times at that, I wouldn't be able to take the call.. it won't hurt to call at different times when the phone was not answered the first time. The consultant proved Albert Einstein's theory, that doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is absurd. I wouldn't reach out to you to end up ignoring your calls.

Yes thank you. I was assisted today. And did receive a courtesy call to make sure I was assisted. I appreciate it when someone goes that extra mile with service. 🙏🏾
