Please get my money back
I logged a complaint but it's 2 weeks now I don't have any results or anything I just get a massage that I should submit documents again after submitting they send me another massage saying I should wait another 5 days this is so wrong I have to use the money before schools re opens I'm desperate please help me I don't even have food for my kids please help me I will go to the news with this how can it take a month or more for just getting a matter solved nd I use money going up and down...

30 Dec 2023, 07:35I have waited another week again you promised to have feedback by 29th but nothing at all till today I'm so sad I had to spend holidays broke I'm very sad you promised to help me capitec bank promised to help me I'm a very unhappy client what do we have to do to get help some people get help very early why is mine taking a whole month to solve I'm not happy at all..
