Please don't bother with your auto reply!!!

I am really frustrated with Capitec!!!!!! I went to the branch at East Rand Mall. The queue was ridiculously long. And they only had 4 consultants helping. Eventually i ended up leaving since there's was no movement. some of the consultants kept modeling up and down. At some point people were even standing!!! that's how full it was. And the consultants still had the time to laugh and play around!!!!!! I am still waiting for feedback on my previous query!!! Don't even bother with your stupid auto reply!!! Capitec makes me sick!!!
