Good day
I paid up my capitec loan and credit card on 10 February 2022 and to date, I am waiting for the paid-up letter from them. They send the paid-up letter for the credit card, but it is a hassle to get any assistance from their lawyers Brooks & Luyt and it is a hassle to get any assistance from them. I have been in contact with the CSS Group, but everything is just in vain. I have all my POPs on me but on their app, I still owe them, and interest is added every month.
