I was disappointed and ****ed with the new system at capitec. I went to capitec bank mahushu to submit my proof of resident for fica verication and I spend 3 hours for that and it was not resolved. Capitec should just change the new system because its obvious its not working. Tsepo tried everything but it didn't work even the head office failed to resolve it. Ag ****ed
