Phenomenal service

I experienced a frustrating issue with a refund and contacted the call center multiple times, as well as visited the Westgate Mall branch, but I kept receiving incorrect information. Nearly a month later, I visited the Station Plaza branch, where I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Layaan.

Although she usually works at the Promenade branch, she was helping out for the day, and her service was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond her duties, ensuring my issue was resolved efficiently. Thanks to her dedication, my refund was processed within the exact timeframe she had explained.
