Hi all... Really have to share this with all. I withdraw r4000 frm a Capitec Sparks atm ...Of which I made two transparent of r2000 each... The first transaction was of r2000 an only 50rand notes wer dispenced ... I checked my phone sms banking msg and all was correct... I took the money an put it straight into my pocket an proceeded to make the second transaction of r2000 of which again on 50rand notes came out.took the money an put it straight into my pocket as it was an unsafe area to count my money. I got home in the next 15mins from the atm an counted my money too find out that it was only r2000 in total an not r4000 . I returned to a Capitec bank branch an opened a case two months later after going up an down to the bank they confirm wth me that they have done they investigation an that according to them all money's wer dispenced frm the atm... We them contacted Sparks atm Check Save in Raisethope to quiry with them and they're reply was that on that sapsific day that atm only dispenced r100 notes which is a lie.... So between capitec bank an Sparks atm Check Save Raisethope someone has robed me for r2000 and I an not been reimbursed by Capitec bank an yet it was they atm that I had used.... So in other words now we have to be aware of the ****s that are wanting to Rob us an our own ATM's.... Please people try an count ur money at the atm expecially when given small notes
