Personal Loan Woes

I have a personal loan with Capitec, and for almost a year every month I am charged arrears interest, and my loan account has never been in arrears, I have never missed a repayment.

It all started last year, after I changed jobs, and the more I explain, I'm working for a small company where our pay day is not fixed, the less is being done on remedying the situation.

In December 2018, Capitec Bank assumed that my payday was the 14th of December, and they didn't contact me once to confirm my pay date, or anything like that, and I had to pay arrears interest again.

I've been a loyal Capitec client since 2012, but I feel that Capitec is very disloyal towards me, and I'm getting fed up with having the same issues every single month.
