Personal loan process sucks

I normally apply for personal loans through my go to bank (not Capitec) and they pay out within in a few hours same day, I couldn't use them as it was less than 30 days where I just took a loan which I am aware of and understand and unfortunately an emergency came up and I needed a loan right away and decided to use Capitec, it's nearly a week now I am waiting because it's always something they need extra which I provide within minutes and only get a response or update the next day, what is the purpose of asking for reason of loan and stating emergency loan if it is no treated with priority. the turn aroound time on this process is not up to standard and has really left me upset as I am still waiting I know they the cheapest bank to use but end of the day all I see is you get what you pay for.
