Personal loan from HELL !!!

I have made a personal loan with Capitec Bank in 2012 for R123000, have paid the loan till 2014 when I was placed on dept review. My dept counsellors have negotiated with Capitec and recieved in writing that the intrest would be waived to pay off the loan. So terms have been met and the arranged installment have been agreed, not missing an installment, to get the loan paid up as arranged by the dept counsellors. A totall amount since the orginal start of the loan an amount of R160000 plus minus has been paid into this account. I now want to settle the account or last balance outstanding and what a suprize of my life I recieved. I was shocked to notice I still owe them R271000. Can you believe it??. A loan of R123000 turning into a loan of nearly half a million rand. How is this legal?? How can you charge intrest on intrest on intrest when the loan was handed over to dept review and you have not noticed why this loan getting out of control on your side. I sent mails daily to ask how long your investigation is going to take and you simply reply with we are still busy with our investigation. What are you investigating??? Common sense would tell you this is not right. " How is this legal?" Oh yes before I forget, your reply is we only offer fixed rate intrest rates so we can't waive the intrest. Now you blaming the dept cousellors that they have to propose a new dept proposal with lower intrest rates, come on Capitec really?? This is not solving the problem. I am not going to pay off an outstanding amount of R271000 with a new proposal on lower intrest rates. Are you Mad? If you have recieved R160000 already. Would you do this if you where the client? I dont think so. This is totally a personal loan from HELL.

All I wanted is a realistic settlement amount of how much, is the actual amount owed to settle this account to finally close this dept review chapter and move on with my life.

So wen I want to close a loan agreement with Capitec, you find out, you have to pay this loan till you die???
