The service at Capitec Bank sucks I was called by capitec consultant if I would like to get credit with Capitec, I agree. Then the consultant told me to go the closest branch... To complete my application.

I went to Maponya Mall Branch, I was assisted by *LUCKY*. And he wasn't helpful at all but treated me like a crime... He was busy going around and not going anything on the system it took almost an hour to tell that capitec bank won't approve my personal loan due to the fact that my bank statement and my payslip amount don't respond with only 0,67c
