Personal Loan credit fascility

<p>I have a personal loan with a credit facsility with Capitec bank. I logged a call on the 30th of May to inform Capitec the credit facsility's not reflecting in my account. Nicole Appollis emailed me back to say a consultant will call me back to let me know what happend. In the meanwhile 2 consultants emailed me back and transfered me back and forth that cant tell me why they havent deducted my credit fascility with my loan. A few days after that I received an sms to say please pay your credit fascility? I still have no feedback as to why my credit fasility was not deducted with my personal loan. Please can someone give me feedback urgently. Hence I dont have a credit facilty available to me this month, can someone in mangement please give me an urgent solution. Thank you</p>
