Personal Loan application process flawed

<p>I went to apply for a personal loan this past Friday. I indicated to the consultant that I have rental income that is reflected on my bank statement and wanted this to be highlighted on my application as failure to show this will obviously reflect as if I have expenses and debts that are higher than the income that is on my payslip.</p> <p>She advised that she will not be able to add this information as the system doesn't allow it. It was quite evident that I surely would not stand any chance of getting the loan.</p> <p>This is utterly unacceptable and clear the process only favours a few. </p>
