personal loan application

I app**** for a Capitec personal loan this week and after a few days of running to and fro taking documents to them, they refused to grant me the loan on the basis that my UIF on my payslip is the incorrect amount. I even got a letter from my employer to explain the situation. I just find it laughable that this is supposed to be a reason. Really Capitec can't you think of something better? In the meantime FNB granted me a loan over the phone in half a day!
