I went to open an account at Capitec branch in Bara Soweto, Blackchain Centre. I was assisted by a lady who's name is Nthabiseng. Gosh! Her people's skills, customer service and attentiveness! It is 100% easy. She deserves a raise and promotion. Coming from a person who was in a customer service field. She was excellent indeed.
