PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm hoping this message will get through to the person. I found myself running some random errand at the mall. So I decided to pop into the bank. Naturally, I was not looking forward to being in a queue. But I must commend CAPITEC bank for running an efficient system. But my mail is about one particular consultant who stood head and shoulders above the rest. ROMEO. Iwork iin the service industry, and the service I received from Romeo is nothing short of WORLD CLASS. He knew the product, and sold it perfectly without being invasive. I walked out of the bank looking forward to doing more business with the bank. I'm glad I made the right move by switching my bank, 9 years ago and its people like Romeo, who make that experience more memorable and pleasant. Thank you Romeo and keep up the excellent work
