People who think they know better

Carlton Centre branch. What's the story about sanitizing people with their own sanitizer and yours as a clients is not allowed. I even asked the lady who didn't have a name tag at the door. She told me about a policy and i asked her to bring it and she advised she is calling the manager, not sure whether policies have turned to human beings. I haven been using my own spray with every branch I entered but this branch decided to be a pain... you know where. Capitec deal with your people and teach them that we also have insecurities with sanitizer from other people, hence i buy my own. She even had the gutts to ask me, how much alcohol is in the sanitizer, 70% the required measurement. she continued and she how sure am i and i asked the same thing to her and i was called stupid. Honestly i had to call her stupid aswell because its a delivery from the company which needs to be poured to bottles after that. Can we not be disrespected so that we also dont act like animals .
