Pensioners being exposed at capitec Harrismith branch

I'm so disappointed on Capitec the way Pensioners are treated in Capitec Bank is unacceptable, My mother who is a pensioner went to Capitec branch in Harrismith to withdraw R8000 she went inside the bank for assistance and was told she needs to withdraw from the ATM what they can help her with is to increase her limit which they did , she then went outside to the ATM she had issues on the ATM she went back only to be told to go back and try another ATM some guy offered to help her and swapt her card and told her to back inside as the card has issues that's how she was ****med all her money was withdrawn from the account within 10 minutes from other ATMs . I called the branch manager who advised that it is not their fault as my mom didn't ask for help even though she went inside twice and was told to try another ATM I asked the branch manager if they had security guards by the ATM to my surprise he said No they don't I asked if the ATM has cameras to my surprise again he confirmed no cameras . Wow firstly I would expect capitec like all the other Banks would treat Pensioners with care someone should have went with my mum to the ATM more especially because there is no Security what so ever right outside the branches door and I must also say Sandile I think his name is the branch Manager there is not helpful at all for a manager the guy was rather defensive than anything else

my mum actually mentioned that she suspect that these ******** work with people inside the bank I know that is an accusation with no backing but Capitec should investigate and protect their clients instead of being defensive
