Pending transaction

I bought R150 airtime 2 days ago and till today I haven't received it but the amount was deducted from my account. Then they said the money will be reversed back into my account within 48 hours... It's way passed 48 hours and guess what still no trace of the money or the airtime. Now I must spend more money to buy airtime so that I can call them and ask them reverse the money back to my account.
