Pending cash send

I did a cash send of R1400 on the 20th of August 2024, but I realized it was pending when the recipient couldn't withdraw the money. And I called the capitec bank customer service on the day and they promised the problem will be fixed within 24hrs, but still up to date I still cannot withdraw my money. I am very upset with them can you please assist me I really need my money back
