Payslip not accepted cause there is no letter head

I went to Capitec bank in Soshanguve and was told that they don't accept electronic statements unless they are stamped, fine. I then went to the Capitec Soshanguve complex after the stamped bank statement and print out of my electronic payslip only to find out that they can't be accepted unless they are accompanied by the marriage certificate because the surnames differ. I took a cab back home to gather all documents and went back to the soshanguve crossing branch and they were off line I opted to wait and the system got back online I was called to be assisted by a guy named Thabo (who is new on the job) no problem. After sitting there for some thing like 30 minutes waiting for him to scan the bank statements and payslips I was told that the payslips cannot be accepted because they don't have a company's letter head or stamp. He called the guy by the name of Tshegofatso (manager/supervisor) who explained that I have to go to any Absa branch to get the payslip stamped.1.I'm an existing capitec loan holder and the initial loan I app**** for it with the same documents. 2.
