PayShap Payment Not Reflecting
Sent my mother two PayShap payments last night around 19H00 one of R800 and another for R1000 the one for R800 reflected immediately but the R1000 hasn't reflected since.
Called Standard Bank with my mom and was told that Capitec should lauch an enquiry of where the funds went as they can launch the enquiry as they are the receiving bank.
I then call Capitec an agent pretends to assist and then hangs up. This is my mom's pension and she needs it ASAP no one is willing to assist.
