Payshap just missing
I'm not a capitec client but most of my family is so I've never had a problem with the bank until now. On the 28th of August 2025 someone sent me a payshap payment. It showed successful on her app and she's shown me that the money was deducted from her account. This money has never reached my account. We've been to a branch numerous times every time the case has been closed and we have to lodge a new complaint and get a new reference number. I've been in contact with my bank and they say they haven't received any correspondence from Capitec yet. Almost 4 months to fix this issue? Where is my money guys?
