Payshap Disaster

I had a bad experience with capitec payshap, I sent myself money from capitec to my own absa account using payshap. I never received that money it's been two months. I complained to both banks Absa did an investigation.. and it was out the money never came to their side.

Capitec is supposed to do a payment recall.. they are giving me the runaround saying money is lost in the server ... Capitec it's actually a horrible bank. No customer service at all
