PayPal payment problem
Phoned Capitec about a PayPal payment that does not want to go through. The Capitec assistant said the attempted transaction showed an "Error 57", and that I have to attempt payment from another bank.
However, I was able to make another payment to the particular website (Rebrickable), through PayPal, at the same time. The assistant confirmed that the successful transaction is on the system.
So I cant accept the response, that I cant make a PayPal payment, if others go through.

29 Nov 2023, 06:03Capitec responded and stated they don't support PayPal. I've made several payments to PayPal successfully, and thus that statement cant be true. It's a red flag for me, if the bank doesn't know how their payment system works.
