Payments missing

I have and still experience diffulty in receiving my payment that was returned back to the sender being Viator and they have not received the money as yet upon my investigations I called Capitec business they referred me to their forex department, I have been calling them since last week Mkndau to date I have a record of Consultants name and times of communication still to word they say my money is still with Nedbank why I don't know as I bank with Capietc businees strange and I need my hard earned money .
